Prior to building an Astrology + Life Coach practice, Tracey worked for AMIDEAST Education and Training Services Inc. as the Program Manager to the Kennedy-Lugar Youth Exchange and Study (YES) program – a high school exchange program funded by the U.S. Department of State. During her eight-year tenure, Tracey managed staff in 10 different regional offices responsible for program recruitment throughout the Middle East and North Africa (MENA).

Tracey traveled extensively throughout the MENA region as the primary program representative for AMIDEAST implementing countless trainings and seminars for Arab youth that focused on a wide range of topics. In fact, it was Tracey’s work on the YES program that fueled her activism for Palestinian Rights.

Tracey’s activism began with political campaign management and organizing after college. Over the years, she has also worked tirelessly to combat racial injustice and gender inequality. Tracey has launched anti-racism/anti-blackness campaigns and teach-ins for different groups, faith-based communities, corporations, NGOs, and companies, including The World Bank, and is a 2019 recipient of the Charles P. Monroe Civil Rights Award given by the Arlington, Virginia chapter of the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP).

Tracey has developed and facilitated workshops and one-on-one coaching programs that center women’s empowerment, racial justice, interfaith peace-building, millennial organizing, and overall self-betterment. She even participated in an Indigenous and People of Color witness delegation to Israel/Palestine, which inspired her to curate Movements of Oppression, Solidarity and Hope; Movements is a pop-up photo exhibit featuring images that reflect struggles of oppression amongst various human rights and liberation campaigns that share a hope for change through solidarity.

Tracey holds a B.A. in Political Science from Temple University and an M.A. in Education and Human Development from The George Washington University. She is certified as a Life Coach from the Life Purpose Institute based in San Diego, CA, and is an alumna to Cornell University’s Diversity and Inclusion Certificate Program. Tracey currently resides in the Mount Airy neighborhood of Philadelphia, PA.
