GOD'S STRONGEST WARRIOR
There’s no way to sugarcoat it, Sagittarius — 2026 will test you. But not in the heavy-lifting sense; rather, it will test your flexibility and adaptability.
Relationships with significant others — close friends, family, romantic partners, or spouses — may undergo sudden developments. Chance encounters could even lead to major life events, while changing dynamics may result in parting ways.
Your mind will also be highly stimulated, especially if you are navigating new surroundings, returning to school, or writing your memoir. Pluto in Aquarius is transforming how you think, creating a reorientation to your life — whether becoming an expat, adjusting to a new office environment, or adapting to other learning curves.
Children feature prominently this year too, courtesy of the planets Saturn and Neptune. This includes human children, fur babies, and creative “babies” such as artistic projects. Effort and focus will be required, especially if trying to conceive or launch a creative venture. You’ll need to ground your enthusiasm and balance your energy carefully.
Meanwhile, Jupiter, your ruling planet in Astrology, will expand ongoing commitments and new adventures. You’ll be pooling resources and energy toward broader aims like travel, higher learning, and other experiences that expand your horizons. With so much potential, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed — that’s why flexibility will be key. As a mutable sign, you can pivot when necessary, while clinging less to traditional comforts.
Now, the year begins with a cluster of planets moving through Capricorn — Mars, Mercury, Venus, and the Sun — concentrating energy on money matters. Major purchases, advocating for higher pay, or budgeting for home improvements are highlighted. By the end of January, mental pursuits and curiosities rise. Short trips, coursework, or new academic environments capture your attention.
February brings the first eclipses of the year, meanwhile. The Solar Eclipse on February 17 signals a new beginning in learning or community involvements, while the Lunar Eclipse on March 3 wraps up career-related matters. You may acquire a license or certification that can be applied to the training of others, or adjusting in a new community following relocation.
Mercury retrograde between these eclipses may bring hiccups in March, however, particularly around domestic matters (retrograde planets appear to move backward around the Sun, symbolically inviting us to retrace our steps). Changes in living arrangements, home renovations, or a child’s transition into a new school may create delays. That said, these matters will resolve by spring, requiring patience.
Interestingly, spring highlights children, romance, and creative projects. You may be working with youth, expanding your family, starting a new love affair, or launching artistic endeavors. Neptune encourages clarity in these areas, while Saturn asks you to be responsible and realistic — no more rose-colored glasses in romance, sweeping child rearing issues under the rug, or doubting your creative abilities.
What’s more, as your daily schedule fills with responsibilities, it will be important not to overextend yourself. Relationship matters intensify in late spring, and by early summer, new commitments and obligations arrive. Whether sending kids to summer camp or taking a romantic relationship to the next level, Jupiter in Cancer will increase your investments of time, love, and money.
Another Mercury retrograde in July, meanwhile, may cause temporary setbacks in contracts and agreements, and other joint ventures. These challenges resolve by the end of summer, coinciding with Jupiter’s entry to the sign of Leo. This period favors aspirational goals: travel abroad, work sponsorships, grants, or scholarships are just a few examples of how you might experience this transit. Opportunities for growth through purposeful aims feature.
The August eclipse season will add to Jupiter’s momentum: a Solar Eclipse on August 12 will encourage you to make a wish for a dream to manifest, while the Lunar Eclipse on August 28 may see you leaving your comfort zone for an exciting new journey. Mercury retrograde may work in your favor if you take a leap of faith.
By late summer, professional demands, networking, and social events pick up. Conferences, weddings, and other gatherings see you interfacing with folks and making lasting impressions. However, after this busy period, you may need a break. The fall sees Venus and Mercury retrograde in October, drawing you inward toward more introspection.
Venus retrogrades prompt relationship and financial assessments – from romantic ties and family matters to business partnerships. You may be contemplating your investments in a particular group setting, with a friend or in an important affiliation. This could also look like an internal review of relationships with others.
Mercury retrograde will then bring delays and internal dialogues that foster reflection and instigate uncertainty. You may be unsure of where you fit with others, and the Sun will highlight imbalances in these areas urging focused attention. You may be trying to support a loved one in need or even grappling with grief toward an important connection. Be sure to exercise patience with yourself as a process unfolds.
Thankfully, Venus and Mercury station direct (i.e., begin to move forward) on November 14, bringing clarity and resolution. Though matters won’t fully stabilize until year-end, the Sun will have ingressed (entered) your sign in December, bringing personal momentum and renewed energy.
Remember, 2026 asks for flexibility and adaptability, particularly regarding your own growth, relationships, and other passionate pursuits. If you can remain present and engaged, you’ll begin to notice meaningful progress as opportunities unfold.
